Group Workshops
This is perfect for a team or club setting. I will provide four 45 minute long workshops over a month period. The workshops will consist of discussions and group-wide activities that emphasize the topic of focus.

Individual Sessions
A 1-on-1 setting where we can focus on the specifics of what you need to improve. Helps support long-term thinking and the processes that are used as an athlete. As well as providing in-the-moment tools that support staying focused and ready during competition. These sessions can range from 30 minutes to an hour.
Coaching Workshops
These workshops specifically focus on how coaches can support their athletes with mental performance skills and concepts. Perfect for coaches who want to add new tools and ideas to help support their players.
